Paint tank

-Stainless steel tank with 125kgs (62 Liters) paint capacity. -Heavy-duty paint discharge door attached for smooth drainage of paint to shoes. -Pneumatically activated paint door with manual over ride for emergency closing.

Chassis

-Heavy-duty chassis with good mechanical design for tough operation.

Drive system

-Specially designed hydro-static drive system from Italy. -Marking speed 0-2km/h and free moving speed 0-4km/h -By pass valve for towing or moving the machine during engine failure. -Two heady-duty hydraulic motors for the front wheel. -Able to operate long hours and able to withstand any kind of weather at any site.

Engine

-5hp Honda petrol engine. -Built in alternator for electric recharging. (55ah) -Electric start engine will be an optional extra.

Screed shoe

-ASIA special screed shoe with 100mm and 150mm-pneumatically operated -A choice of single handle or double handle shoes are available. -High pressure burner nozzles attached in respective screed shoe.

Glass bead system

-Spray type glass bead gun. Kamber Model P86-Swiss made with selected material nozzle and air nozzle. -Both pressurized system and with atomizing spray system is available.

Glass Bead Container

Pressurized glass bead container with 15kgs capacity for pressurized gun.

Gas heating system

-A complete LPG solution right from the tank to the distribution system. Consist of valves, gauges, hoses and fittings.(Full package of world standard gas system with special safety system.)

Electrical

-Electrical system such as lighting's and safety beacon.(optional)
